Home Projects, ACC Requests & HOA Restrictions

Planning exterior work like painting, fencing, roofing, or major landscaping changes? You'll need to submit an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request through PayHOA before starting work.

What requires an ACC request:
  • Exterior paint color changes
  • Fencing installation or replacement
  • Roofing changes
  • Major landscaping alterations
  • Additions or structural changes

🙌 Roll Up Your Sleeves, Roc the Block!

We're calling on our amazing neighbors to lend a hand and help Eden Roc shine! Volunteers are welcome to assist with light tree clean-ups, keeping the front sign area looking great, and supporting upcoming events through the Social Committee.

We're also forming our first-ever Eden Roc Safety Committee, working with the Councilman's office on neighborhood improvements including a speed bump on Misty Glade and a stop sign at Classen. If you care about our community — we'd love to have you!
