Eden Roc HOA Pool Rental Information & Guidelines
The Eden Roc HOA pool is available for Eden Roc HOA resident events by reservation. Rentals must be made in advance through the FSR resident portal, and only residents in good standing may reserve the space. All pool rules remain in effect during rentals, and the reserving resident is responsible for their guests' conduct and any damages. To keep our pool fun and safe for everyone, please follow the Eden Roc pool rules—wear proper swimwear, keep an eye on your little ones, and skip the glass🍹🚫. Most importantly, please don’t open the gate for anyone - even if they ask nicely🙅♀️🚪—this helps make sure our pool stays reserved for Eden Roc HOA members only. Facilitating unauthorized access WILL lead to deactivation of your key card. Thanks for being a great neighbor and helping protect this sunny little slice of our community! 🌊💙
