Our tennis court is currently in need of repairs. We’re actively budgeting for these improvements and will share updates soon.

Eden Roc HOA Pool Pavillion Rental Information & Guidelines
The Eden Roc HOA pool & pavillion is available for Eden Roc HOA member events by reservation. Rentals must be made in advance through the FSR resident portal, and only residents in good standing may reserve the space (accounts in payment plan are considered in goodstanding). All pool rules remain in effect during rentals, and the reserving resident is responsible for their guests' conduct and any damages.
