Eden Roc Maintenance Association manages ownership records through PayHOA, with integrated resale document services provided by HomeWiseDocs.

Title Companies & Resale Requests

All resale documents, questionnaires, and closing packages should be requested through HomeWiseDocs via PayHOA.

Documents Needed After Closing

To update ownership records, please email the following (PDF preferred):

  • Final Settlement Statement (Closing Disclosure)
  • Executed or recorded deed
  • Buyer name(s), email, phone number, and mailing address
  • Seller forwarding address
  • Closing date

Incomplete submissions may delay account activation.

HOA Dues & Owner Accounts, Amenity Access

  • HOA dues are billed annually
  • Buyer/seller prorations are handled at closing
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid at closing

Once ownership is updated, the new owner will receive an email invitation to access their PayHOA portal for payments, records, and requests.

Amenity access is managed through PayHOA.
Key fob requests can be submitted after ownership records are updated.
