The Eden Roc HOA, led by its Board of Directors, oversees the maintenance of shared community spaces, supports neighborhood safety, and promotes a strong sense of community through events and volunteer-driven initiatives. The Board encourages resident involvement through committees and local projects, helping to create a vibrant, welcoming, and well-maintained neighborhood.
While the Board manages day-to-day operations directly, it also serves as the primary steward of all community property and is responsible for making key decisions that guide the direction and well-being of Eden Roc.
Join or Volunteer via Resident Portal →The HOA manages maintenance and service requests directly through our resident support system. Residents can submit requests for common area repairs, amenity access issues, or exterior home modifications using the online request form.
For projects such as painting, roofing, fencing, or landscaping, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request must be submitted for review and approval before work begins.
