Eden Roc Residents,

The Eden Roc Board of Directors invites you to a Community Forum on Monday, July 28 at 5:00 PM at the Eden Roc Pool Pavilion to discuss a developer’s request to rezone the parcel at our entrance off Classen—from single-family to multi-family dwellings.

This is your opportunity to:

• Hear and view the proposal, including recent updates from the Permit & License Office and Councilman Whyte’s office
• Voice your support or opposition in person
• Sign the petition if you wish to formally object
• Make concessions with the developer

The developer has committed to keeping the presentation brief (approximately 15 minutes), followed by an open forum for resident comments. Presentation materials will be available and can be emailed upon request. Additional feedback may also be submitted to the Board by email.

Please note: Low attendance may be interpreted as a lack of opposition, allowing the developer to proceed with the rezoning request uncontested. If you are opposed to rezoning or would like to request concessions, it is important to attend.
