Email the Board →Amanda is a hands-on, solutions-focused leader who keeps meetings short and to the point. She has called San Antonio home since childhood and holds a graduate degree in forensic accounting. Professionally, she works as a financial accountant for a local manufacturing company, specializing in financial systems implementation and customization. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, hiking, bike riding, and travel.
Seth is a dedicated middle school teacher known for his patience and fairness — skills he brings to Eden Roc, often serving as our mediator. He creates our quarterly newsletter and works closely with the Social Committee, helping recognize neighbors who go above and beyond. His steady presence and community spirit make him an invaluable part of Eden Roc.
Kim is a longtime Eden Roc resident and your friendly neighborhood realtor. She loves the community, especially spending time at the pool, and is always ready with a warm smile. Beyond real estate, Kim gives back by supporting a local breast cancer screening resource group. Her passion for helping others makes her an amazing neighbor and community resource.
