Amanda Martindale, President
Elected in 2024 - 3 Year Term
Amanda is a hands-on, DIY, crafty type of gal who’s always buzzing from one project to the next. She likes to keep meetings short and to the point—there’s always something else on her list to tackle. Resourceful and persistent, she’s a solutions-focused person: bring her a possible solution, and she’ll work through it with you.
She has called San Antonio home since childhood, when her parents retired from the military and settled in the area. Amanda has a graduate degree in forensic accounting from a local university. Professionally, she works as a financial accountant for a local manufacturing company and also takes on contract work in financial systems, specializing in implementation and customization.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors—gardening, hiking, and bike riding—and she makes it a priority to carve out time for travel and for being with her family, which keeps her grounded and inspired.
Seth Bartley, Vice President
Elected in 2023 - 3 Year Term
Seth is a dedicated middle school teacher at a prominent private school, known for his patience and fairness—skills he brings to all things in Eden Roc, often serving as our mediator. Beyond the classroom, he is deeply involved in his church studies and creates our quarterly newsletter. He also works closely with the Social Committee, helping recognize neighbors who go above and beyond with their yards, decorations, and volunteer efforts. Seth’s steady presence and community spirit make him an invaluable part of Eden Roc.
Kimberly Witt, Member-At-Large
Elected in 2025 - 3 Year Term
Kim is a longtime Eden Roc resident and your friendly neighborhood realtor. She loves the community, especially spending time at the pool, and is always ready with a warm smile. Beyond real estate, Kim gives back by supporting a local breast cancer screening resource group. Her passion for helping others and her love for Eden Roc make her an amazing neighbor and resource for our community!
