I’m a hands-on, DIY, crafty type of gal who’s always buzzing from one project to the next. That’s why I keep our meetings short and to the point—there’s always something else to tackle! I’m resourceful, persistent, and a solutions type of gal: bring me a solution, and we’ll work on it together.

I’ve called San Antonio home since a young age, when my parents retired from the military and settled here. I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting, with a minor in Leadership, from a local university. Professionally, I work as a financial accountant for a local manufacturing company that produces medical disinfection devices used in hospitals to fight antibiotic-resistant bacteria. I also do contract work as a financial systems accountant, specializing in implementation and customization.

To balance all that, I enjoy time outdoors—gardening, hiking, and bike riding.

Seth is a dedicated middle school teacher at a prominent private school, known for his patience and fairness—skills he brings to all things in Eden Roc, often serving as our mediator. Beyond the classroom, he is deeply involved in his church studies and creates our quarterly newsletter. He also works closely with the Social Committee, helping recognize neighbors who go above and beyond with their yards, decorations, and volunteer efforts. Seth’s steady presence and community spirit make him an invaluable part of Eden Roc.

Kim is a longtime Eden Roc resident and your friendly neighborhood realtor. She loves the community, especially spending time at the pool, and is always ready with a warm smile. Beyond real estate, Kim gives back by supporting a local breast cancer screening resource group. Her passion for helping others and her love for Eden Roc make her an amazing neighbor and resource for our community!
