UPCOMING POOL CLOSURE
Please be advised that the pool will be closed for maintenance on July 2nd in anticipation of the holiday weekend and re-open normal hours on July 3rd. This is a necessary service to ensure the continued safety and upkeep of the facility. During this time, it is advised that no one enter the pool area unless they are an authorized vendor performing the scheduled work. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us protect this important community amenity. Thank you for your understanding and continued support in keeping our community amenities running smoothly.
Eden Roc Pool Use Reminder for July 4th
To ensure a safe and enjoyable space for all residents in the Eden Roc HOA Community: - Guests must be accompanied by an Eden Roc HOA member at all times, in line with the Eden Roc pool rules. - Random key fob audits will be conducted to manage occupancy and reduce vandalism, ensuring HOA members are prioritized. - Anyone not with a member will be asked to leave — unauthorized access WILL be considered trespassing, as per the pool rules listed. - Cameras are in use, and a trespass report will be filed for any future violations, aligning with Eden Roc neighborhood watch program initiatives. - Pool is closed for cleaning every Tuesday, ensuring consistently high standards. Reminder: Your HOA fees help cover the cost of pool upkeep and repairs — help protect your investment and keep costs down by following the rules. Thank you for doing your part to keep Eden Roc a great place to live!

For help with the resident portal, pool or tennis court access, key card replacements, or billing questions, please contact our management company, FirstService Residential (FSR).
You can also request a payment plan through the FSR Resident Support System (RSS) to maintain access to amenities while resolving your account balance.

We’re calling on our amazing neighbors to lend a hand and help Eden Roc shine! We’re always looking for volunteers to assist with a quick tree cleanup, keep our front sign area looking fresh, and support upcoming events through the Social Committee. We’re also forming our first-ever Eden Roc Safety Committee to work with the Councilman’s office on important neighborhood improvements like getting a speed bump on Misty Glade and a stop sign at Classen. If you care about our community and want to get involved, we’d love to have you on board!
