Eden Roc Pool Use Reminder for Memorial Day Weekend
To ensure a safe and enjoyable space for all residents in the Eden Roc Community: - Guests must be accompanied by an Eden Roc member at all times, in line with the Eden Roc pool rules. - Random key fob audits will be conducted to manage occupancy and reduce vandalism, ensuring HOA members are prioritized. - Anyone not with a member will be asked to leave — unauthorized access WILL be considered trespassing, as per the pool rules listed. - Cameras are in use, and a trespass report will be filed for any future violations, aligning with Eden Roc neighborhood watch program initiatives. - Pool is closed for cleaning every Tuesday, ensuring consistently high standards. Reminder: Your HOA fees help cover the cost of pool upkeep and repairs — help protect your investment and keep costs down by following the rules. Thank you for doing your part to keep Eden Roc a great place to live! Have a safe Memorial Day Weekend

Need Help with Access, Billing, or Home Projects?
For issues related to the resident portal, pool or tennis court access, key card replacements, or questions about your bill, please use the FSR Resident Support System (RSS). You can also request to set up a payment plan through the RSS — this helps ensure you maintain access to the pool and other amenities while resolving your account.
If you're planning changes to the exterior of your home, such as painting, roofing, fencing, or landscaping, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request must be submitted through the RSS. You should also notify the management company via the portal if you plan to place a storage container or dumpster on your property for more than a day due to renovations.
